  • Rs 12,000 crore in special interest free 50-year loans to states.
  • North East, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh to get Rs 2,500 crore
  • Rs 7,500 crore for other states
  • Rs 2,000 crore goes to states that meet centre's criteria
  • Money to be spent before March 31, 2021
