Your age may not contribute to Covid-19 infection risk, shows study

Scientists showed that susceptibility to Covid-19 is independent of age, while occurrence of symptomatic COVID-19, severity and mortality is likely dependent on age.

The age of a person may not decide how likely they are infected by SARS-CoV-2, which causes COVID-19, according to a study which found that development of symptoms, severity of the disease, and mortality are age-dependent.
